NJCFIT Camp sessions start with mobility and stability work, addressing joint needs and reducing overuse injury risk. Once you're ready to move, you'll perform strength work - that means squats, deadlifts, and presses with heavy weight - SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY based on your needs and abilities. Then the fun begins, you'll perform High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to ramp up your metabolism and burn more calories and fat than traditional training. Each session ends with core training combined with yoga/mobility/pilates, leaving you strong, stable, and most importantly, feeling fantastic both physically and mentally.
